Laurie has been in the industry for a period of 26 years. From 1993 – 2004, he worked as a Reline Supervisor prior to taking a management position with both TME Group and Outotec for the last 12 years. With his experience and reputation in the industry, he’s become a proven leader at GMR and in the wider field.

With extensive experience in the mill reline industry since 2003, Terry has distinguished himself as a leader, quickly advancing to the role of supervisor. His expertise extends beyond technical skills; he has cultivated strong relationships with clients and workforce members. Terry has effectively managed reline teams of up to 65 personnel on-site, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational abilities. As a highly skilled operator of reline machinery, Terry plays a crucial role in providing hands-on training and onsite mentoring to our team. In his capacity as Director and Reline Coordinator, he has solidified his reputation within the industry, leveraging his extensive network of professional contacts to drive excellence and innovation.

Kyle’s extensive experience in the mining industry began in 2004 when he started as a Boilermaker. He quickly utilized his trade background to excel in various fixed plant maintenance and shutdown management roles. His expertise and leadership skills have propelled him quickly up the ranks of management, ultimately leading him to a senior position where he oversees teams on-site. In the last decade, Kyle has focused exclusively on shutdown planning and execution, honing his skills and becoming an expert in this field. With Kyle at the helm, the division can expect efficient and effective shutdown management, leveraging his wealth of experience and industry connections. His track record of success and dedication to his craft position him as the ideal leader for the division.

With over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, Adelle has a proven track record in roles spanning processing plants at renowned companies such as Sons of Gwalia and KCGM. Her recent focus on offsite contract administration with TME and Outotec has further enhanced her expertise and provided a unique perspective on the industry. Assisting the Management team establish GMR in 2018, Adelle has leveraged her insights into onsite and contractor operations to support effective administration and logistics. Her strong relationships with owners, clients, and the workforce have been key to her success. As GMR’s Administration Manager, Adelle’s extensive experience and exceptional communication skills make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Michael’s career in the mining industry commenced in 2012; his roles have ranged from workshop leading hand to onsite coordinator and key account manager. Michael has developed expertise in shutdown planning, project management, and sales support, always prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency. He has a strong background in fixed plant maintenance, asset management, wear products, and screen media. Driven by his passion for his work, Michael is excited about the opportunity to contribute to the growth of GMR Services. He is determined to provide exceptional support to clients and utilize his skills and knowledge to the best of his ability. As a Logistics & Admin Officer, Kellie brings a wealth of experience across Administration, Payroll, and Logistics. Her diverse background from previous roles enhances her ability to contribute effectively to our team. Kellie’s friendly and approachable demeanor, coupled with her extensive expertise, makes her a highly valued asset. Her prior experience managing offshore logistics and personnel movements in the Northern Territory further enriches her role with us, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

As a Logistics & Admin Officer, Kristen leverages a broad range of administrative expertise gained from her previous roles. Her diverse background in administration, including a prior position with Outotec, equips her with valuable insights and skills that benefit our team. Kristen’s friendly and approachable nature enhances her effectiveness in her role, making her an indispensable member of our team. As our Logistics & Admin Officer, Millie brings a blend of dedication and expertise to her role. Holding a diploma in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), and having previous experience in gold and garnet mining, Millie is well-equipped to handle the demands of her position. Originally from York, UK, and a resident of Geraldton since 2012, Millie is a proud graduate of Nagle Catholic College. Her approachable demeanor, combined with her commitment to ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining compliance, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

With over a decade of experience in the mill relining industry, Daynan has built a distinguished career from his early beginnings as a mill reliner. Through dedication and continuous skill development, Daynan has demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational expertise. As a highly skilled operator and supervisor, Daynan excels in guiding and mentoring new personnel, ensuring they acquire the skills necessary for success. His proven leadership and extensive knowledge make him a key asset to our team.

Archie  has worked with the management team for 6 years. Commencing as a Mill Reliner; he has worked hard to increase his knowledge and skill-base, and has demonstrated excellent leadership skills within the work crew. Archie has proven himself as a highly skilled operator and supervisor to new personnel. Archie has relocated to Kalgoorlie replacing Andrew Potasi. He has been employed as the GMR Kalgoorlie Reline Supervisor for the purpose of expanding the GMR business and supporting our Goldfields clientele. At GMR we are convinced it is imperative to provide an experienced team in Kalgoorlie for the purpose of emergency reline works and shutdown planning with our growing client base in the Goldfields region.  

Paul has worked in the Construction, Mining industry for many years as a qualified electrician. Paul’s primary role is the supply and maintenance of reline equipment to ensure efficient completion of Global Mill Relines’ scheduled shutdowns in the scheduled time frame.  This, combined with current qualifications, enables Paul to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company and ensure compliance of all supplied equipment.
