We understand that mill downtime can reduce the profitability of your mining operation, which is why a disciplined focus on efficient shutdown management is central to our work. Tasks to be performed during a shutdown are strategically planned and scheduled in advance, and we provide real-time information on parts moved, mill turn time, and estimated completion time. This facilitates maximisation of available resources and minimises mill downtime.

This user-friendly information has onsite applications during a shut-down, and also assists in post-reline analysis and the continuous improvement of procedures and processes. On completion of your mill reline, GMR provides a detailed report of the process undertaken with recommendations as to any improvements that could be made (if required), along with relevant suggestions regarding maintenance or the timing of future relines.
